Refund policy
Order Cancellation
You have the option to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Returns
Our return policy extends for a duration of 30 days. Regrettably, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
For us to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Kindly refrain from returning your purchased item directly to the manufacturer.
Partial refunds may be considered under specific circumstances (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email confirmation acknowledging the receipt of your returned item. Subsequently, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account. Following this, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Next, reach out to your bank, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is reflected.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only items sold at regular price are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We solely replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 72 hours of the product's arrival. You can contact us at marketing@wallart-studio.shop
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The duration for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
For items valued over $200, it is advisable to use a trackable shipping service or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
